انتهاكات جنسيه الطعام_والشراب مقابل الجنس بليبيا

رغم المناشدات التي صدرت بخصوص أوضاع المحتجزات في مركز احتجاز شارع الزاوية والذي يطلق عليه اسمياً “مركز إيواء الفئات الضعيفة” وبعد محاولة إثنتان من المحتجزات من طالبي اللجوء الانتحار وتم نقلهن على إثرها إلى أحد المصحات عن طريق منظمات دولية و وتم اعادتهن للاحتجاز مره اخرى.

وأكدت لنا مصادرنا من داخل المركز ان أحد حراس السجن في الفترات المسائية يقايض الفتيات على ممارسة الجنس مقابل الخروج لدورات المياه او تناول الطعام.

نحمل وزارة الداخلية المسؤولية الكاملة حول مصير الفتيات وعلى الجهات القضائية والتشريعية أن تسارع بمنع احتجاز النساء دون وجود عنصر نسائي داخل مراكز الاحتجاز، كما نطالب لجنة تقصي الحقائق المعنيه بليبيا أن تسارع بزيارة هذه السجون والمعتقلات وان توصي بسرعة إطلاق سراح جميع النساء والأطفال دون قيد أو شرط ، وإيجاد بدائل للاحتجاز التعسفي لهم .

Despite the appeals issued regarding the conditions of female detainees in Al-Zawiya Street Detention Center, which is nominally called the “Vulnerable Groups Sheltering Center”, and after two female asylum seekers attempted suicide, they were subsequently transferred to a clinic through international organizations and were returned to detention again.

Our sources from inside the center confirmed to us that one of the prison guards in the evening shifts barter girls for sex in exchange for going to the toilet or eating food.

We hold the Ministry of the Interior fully responsible for the fate of the girls, and the judicial and legislative authorities must expedite the prevention of the detention of women without the presence of a female component in detention centers, and we also demand the Fact-Finding Committee on Libya to visit these prisons and detention centers and to recommend the speedy release of all women and children unconditionally and finding alternatives to arbitrary detention.
