أشاد السفير العالمي الدكتور نسيم صلاح زكي مؤسس الأكاديمية الدولية للسلام وحقوق الإنسان والطفل والمرأة بمبادرة السيد الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، رئيس الجمهورية، بتقديم مصر مبلغ 500 مليون دولار كمبادرة مصرية تخصص لصالح عملية إعادة الإعمار في قطاع غزة نتيجة الأحداث الأخيرة، مع قيام الشركات المصرية المتخصصة بالاشتراك فى تنفيذ عملية إعادة الإعمار.

وأكد السفير نسيم صلاح ذكي أن هذه المبادرة ترجمة فعلية للعقيدة المصرية الراسخة من أن القضية الفلسطينية هي قضية المصريين والعرب الأولى، وتأكيدًا لدعم مصر للقضية الفلسطينية العادلة والمشروعة، وللحق الفلسطيني في إقامة دولته المستقلة وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.

ودعا السفير المجتمع الدولي للمشاركة في دعم هذه المبادرة الإنسانية، والتضامن من أجل توفير الحاجات الأساسية للعائلات الفلسطينية التي تضررت جراء هذا العدوان الصهيوني الغاشم، مؤكدا أن التضامن مع الشعب الفلسطيني في هذا الظروف العصيبة هو واجب شرعي وإنساني، سائلا المولى عز وجل أن يرزق فلسطين الأمن والأمان، وأن ينعم على هذا البلد الشقيق وهذا الشعب المظلوم بالسكينة والإستقرار.
